Cancel anytime, with a 14-day cooling-off period
Cancellation
You can cancel any plan at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no long tie-ins.
14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of starting a paid subscription and receive a refund. If you ask us to begin providing the service during that period and then cancel, we may charge only for the part of the service used up to the point you told us. Our 14-day free trial means most families decide before any payment is taken.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
The service will be provided with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll put it right. These statutory rights are in addition to, and not affected by, anything in our Terms of Service.
